An atractive 12″ white dial clock with a solid mahogany case, c. 1850, the back box attached to the front with pegs. There is a side and a bottom door to be able to remove and install the pendulum, as well as regulate the clock. The restored convex dial is signed by the maker in the following manner: D. PYOTT LEWES. The convex glass is set in a cast brass bezel. The eight-day fusee movement is attached to the case via a false plate. It has achor escapement and a short pendulum.
It has been completely restored, is in good working order and comes with a two-year guarantee.
Note: there are only two pictures here to give an impression. I can provide additional pictures on request.
